About the park
Welcome to the (future) West Stockbridge Dog Park! Our goal is to create a welcoming park where dogs can run and play, off leash, and give our town a new place to come together and build community.
The park will span approximately 1.25 acres, made up of a “Small Dog” and “All Dog” section, in a currently unused area along the western edge of the Town Hall lot.
We have worked with our design team to create a park that will not only be beautiful, but functional, with water fountains for dogs and humans, benches, waste stations with complimentary bags, and paths that will be fully accessible and ADA compliant for all to enjoy.
We expect the construction to begin on the park in the first half of 2025, with a grand opening later in the year.
We need your support!
The park will be entirely operated by volunteers and funded by donations, so for it to survive and thrive we need the support of our community and beyond.
You can make a tax-deductible donation right from this website, and/or volunteer your time by becoming part of our team.
